Full Service

The full service plan can be purchased on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, as well as when a special occasion arises. A Meal is 4 servings of your choice of entrée and side dish, which can either be stored in your refrigerator or freezer. Price does not include the cost of food. I charge a basic fee plus food cost rather than an all-inclusive fee for one simple reason: you pay for exactly what you get and no more, no less.
 
Fresh Services

The difference here is that the Fresh Service plan provides meals that are to be eaten the same week and are prepared and packaged for storage in your refrigerator or freezer. You maximize the availability of seasonal fresh produce on this plan. It also gives you the option of having fresh salads and certain soups as entrées, such as “Gazpacho”, origin from Spain, refreshingly cold, summertime soup using a pureed mixture of fresh vegetables.

Pantry Fee :
 
There is an annual $50.00 pantry fee for items from my “at home” pantry. These may include beans, nuts, rice, pastas, flours and sugars in bulk, seasoning and herbs, canola and olive oils, vinegars, cooking wines and specialty sauces, as well as canned goods, including tomatoes, tomato paste/sauce, and low fat broths.
 
Container Fee:
 
There is a $40.00-$125.00 container fee depending on whether you prefer plastic disposable, such as Gladware® or Ziploc®, more durable plastic containers, such as Rubbermaid® or Tupperware®, or reusable glass containers, such as Corningware® or Pyrex®. These brands manufacture appropriately sized containers with tight fitting lids for storing one, two or four servings. Your decision will be based on whether you prefer to use the oven or microwave for heating food. Efficient fridge and freezer storage is one of the reasons I prefer to select the appropriate uniform-sized storage containers for my clients. Which ever type of storage container you purchase its your to keep to reuse every time you purchase my services.

Cedar Point Federal Credit Union:
 
Members of Cedar Point Federal Credit Union will receive a 10% discount for their first purchase of our personal chef service and 5% thereafter. Cedar Point Federal Credit Union members will receive 10% discount for hosting small events in your home upon proof of membership to the Benefit Plus Program.
 
Special Occasions:
 
For special meals, events and private parties, please call us for pricing and availability schedule.
 
Payment :
 
    Personal Chef Services :
Payment is due on or at least one day before cook date.
This will allow time for shopping and preparing before
Cooking your meals. No service will be provided if
payment is not received as scheduled.
    Special Events :
50% of the total value of the contracted service will be due on the day the contract is signed. The remaining 50% is due five business days before the event unless arrangements are made in advance.
 
Cancellation policy:

 

For Personal Chef Services a three (3) business day notice prior to the cook date is required to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.00

For special occasions/parties a five (5) business days notice prior to the date of the event is required to avoid a cancellation fee of $100.00. All deposits are not refundable and subject to the stipulation of the event contract.
